When a crow flew beside me and landed just a few feet away, time seemed to stop. In that moment, I felt a deep connection—a reminder that spirit often speaks through the natural world. Crows and ravens have long been messengers between worlds, symbols of transformation, awareness, and mystery.
Each summer, when I walk beneath the warm sun, the dragonfly always appears—shimmering, graceful, and full of mystery. The dragonfly is one of my spirit creatures, and it has taught me powerful lessons about transformation, awareness, and the beauty of change.
In this video, I reflect on my blog post “Awareness Is Power”.
This is the 2-hour recording of my PhD dissertation defense on October 10, 2024 for California Institute of Integral Studies.
